Refund policy

We hope you love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you’ve got 14 days to request a return and 30 days to get this back to us from the date your order is delivered. After that, we might not be able to assist you. 

All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and still fitted with their original tags and security ribbon. If items are rejected upon inspection of the return, this will be sent back to you on a 2nd class postal service.

We cannot accept the return of items which were not bought directly from our website. 

We do not accept exchanges, all ordered items will need to be returned and another order made for the item you wish to replace it with.

United Kingdom 

  1. To start your return, head to our Returns Portal you must use the same email for the order, to make the return.
  2. Select the items you’d like to return and your reason for return. This helps us to improve our products!
  3. You will then get the Address to send your item to, Items must be sent via tracked delivery.

We will refund you by the same method you used to pay, within 14 days of your return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24hrs if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
